Float Plane Fly-out Adventures A fleet of float-equipped aircraft are available at the lodge. These allow us to effectively service our own locations. We also give you the opportunity to conveniently enjoy access to the whole area. Experience a day fly-out, or overnight fly-out -- often to locations that have never been fished!
Direct Flights Feature Comfort and Convenience.
 Last season clients noticed a big change when boarding the airplane in Winnipeg on their way to the lodge. Nueltin is proud to announce that we will continue using a fleet of large twin turbo powered charter flights to the lodge and back throughout the season.
 These aircraft offer ample leg room, in-flight conveniences and an accommodating flight crew. Able to make the 740 mile trip in just over two hours, these aircraft save time and allow you to get in a full day of fishing the day you arrive at the lodge! On the way out, the extra speed will get you back for your connecting flight with time to spare.
Our charter company has an excellent safety record and strictly adheres to all Transport Canada regulations. Their commitment to our clients ensures that the travel portion of your adventure will surpass your expectations!
The larger aircraft comfortably seat 50 passengers and freight configuration allows us added flexibility. Fresh produce and other necessities arrive direct from Winnipeg to all of our camps every 4 days, helping us keep quality up, costs down and your rates manageable!
Nueltin International Airport Upgraded with Infrastructure and Navigation Aids!
This season Nueltin’s airstrip benefitted from an upgrade to our irrigation system. Used to keep the strip solid and up to regulation under the hot Arctic sun, this system and back-up system also acts to suppress dust. Our attention to detail and safety continues!
Our airstrip on Nueltin has been mapped and surveyed for a GPS approach. Although this project was costly and time-consuming, the work done adds value to our service. GPS approach allows us to safely operate in adverse weather conditions. This navigational aid will nearly eliminate weather delays and ensure your valuable vacation time will be spent on the water! |
