Nueltin Fly-In Lodges Introduce an Angler Promotion rules:

Official rules and conditions:
Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Nueltin Fly-In Lodges Introduce an Angler promotion is active from December 1, 2011 through May 14th, 2012. Winners will be selected from qualified entries by random on May 14th 2012. The total number of qualified entries received will determine odds of winning and prize. All 2012 Nueltin guests who bring a first-time angler fishing prior to their Nueltin trip are eligible for this promotion. You may bring the new angler fishing anywhere for any type of fish. You must submit a photo of your fishing experience along with letter explaining your fishing trip to qualify.

Complete all fields on the official online entry form fully. Entrants Information may be provided to participating prize providers.

To enter via mail:
Send a letter with your name, address, phone number, story about your adventure and photos in care to: Nueltin Fly-In Lodges Introduce an Angler Promotion, 5100 Eastpark Blvd, Suite 100, Madison, WI 53718. Entrant will be entered into the contest, based on the letter’s postmark date.

Entrance Requirements:
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older, and have a valid driver's license or identification. You must submit a photo of you and the person you took fishing for the first time along with a letter explaining your adventure. You must also be a patron of Nueltin Fly-In Lodges during the 2012 fishing season. Employees of Nueltin Fly-In Lodges, Discover Mediaworks, Inc and their affiliated advertising sponsors and the immediate family members of each are not eligible to participate. All entries must be completed fully to be eligible. One entry per valid entrant. All entries become the property of Nueltin Fly-In Lodges and Discover Mediaworks, Inc. Prize Winner will be randomly drawn under the supervision of Discover Mediaworks, Inc, whose decisions are final. By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these Rules and Conditions and receive e-newsletters from Nueltin Fly-In Lodges. Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries submitted before May 14, 2012. The winner will be contacted within 10 days of selection.

Prize: One fly-out fishing add-on to your 2012 Nueltin fishing adventure. There will be no cash or substitutions of prize except Sponsors reserve the right to substitute any prize of equal or greater value in the event that a prize is unavailable for any reason. Winner must utilize the prize during the 2012 fishing season (June 19, 2012 through September 22, 2012) during available dates.

Conditions:
Winner may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within 21 days after notification before any prize will be awarded. Nueltin Fly-In Lodges and Discover Mediaworks, Inc. accept no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses, or damages arising from the prize awarded in this contest. If prize is not claimed or accepted, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. All appropriate 1099 information will be forwarded to the Internal Revenue Service as well as to the individual winner. Nueltin Fly-In Lodges and Discover Mediaworks, Inc. shall have the right to use winner's name, photo and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes for no additional compensation unless prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Non-compliance with these Official Rules and Conditions will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be chosen from the remaining qualified entries.

Winners:
